Lionel Messi added another record to his collection by getting his 500 wins with Barcelona after beating Leganés on Thursday in the Round of 16 in Copa del Rey.
Messi scored two goals to celebrate this new achievement in his career. It was his match number 710 with the culés, where he has won almost 70.5 per cent of the matches he has played.
The wins of ‘La Pulga’ have been distributed in this way: 349 in La Liga, 83 in Champions League, 51 in Copa del Rey, 9 in the Spanish Supercup, 5 in the Clubs World Cup and 3 in the European Supercup.
In the Copa del Rey Quarterfinals, the blue and red team will face Athletic Club of Bilbao on February 6.
